Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about delivery days, hours, coverage areas, and our policies to help you send flowers with confidence.
For a Zima delivery, is it best to include a telephone number?
Yes, when it may help with access or clarification. The complete written address and recipient name are still required.
Should I send the flowers to hospital or wait until discharge?
Clarify the patient or family which address will be current before ordering. If discharge is imminent, a confirmed home delivery may be more practical.
For flower delivery to Zima, hotel or workplace: where should I send a business traveller's flowers?
Choose the address where receipt has been confirmed. For the hotel, add the booking name and arrival date; for work, add the organisation and department.
When sending flowers to Zima, what details belong on a workplace flower order?
Keep this with the order: the company, recipient, department or floor and complete business address, then confirm reception hours.
Should Sennoy mikrorayon stay in the delivery address?
Yes, when that is the place name used by the recipient. Include it with the street, property number and postcode.
What size bouquet suits a hospital patient?
A compact design is often easier in limited space, but first ask the ward which flowers or gifts it permits.
